Orders & payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. All orders are prepaid online. This keeps our prices lower and your order moving faster.

How can I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, through our secure payment partner Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

Do you have any offers?
Shipping is free on every order across India. When we bring in matching necklace-and-earring sets, they will be priced lower than buying the two pieces separately.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?
Anywhere in India. We don't ship internationally yet.

How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 2–3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location — about 4–11 business days in total. Remote areas can take 10–15 business days.

Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order across India, with no minimum.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email and WhatsApp.

Returns & replacements

Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 10 days of delivery — but only if it arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. We don't accept returns for change of mind.

What do I need to do?
Record an unboxing video from the sealed parcel onwards, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photos. The piece must come back unworn, in its original packaging.

Can I return earrings?
Pierced earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

About the jewellery

Is this real gold or silver?
No. Our current pieces are imitation jewellery — a base metal with a gold-tone plating. The pearls are synthetic. Read more on our Materials & Care page.

Will the colour fade?
Like all plated jewellery, the finish changes slowly with wear. Keeping it away from water, perfume and sweat, and storing it dry in its box, helps it last much longer.

Are your photos real?
Some photos on our site are real photographs of our pieces. Others, like the model shots and styled images, are created with AI help, based on the real piece, to show how it looks when worn. So small details, size and colour may vary slightly — and colours can also look different on different screens. Want to see the exact piece? Message us on WhatsApp for real photos, a video or a live video call.

Can I see more photos or a video before buying?
Of course — message us on WhatsApp and we'll send them.

Can I see a piece live before buying?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 72008 97057 to ask for a video call. We'll reply with a time that suits you both, and show you the exact piece live.
